BeF.A.S.T 5k Run & Walk Presented by CoxHealth Foundation

BeF.A.S.T 5K Run & Walk takes place in Lamar, Missouri, with the course starting and finishing at Wyatt Earp Park. The course is certified and is mostly flat with a few moderate hills.
