Beer City Half San Diego
Beer City Half San Diego takes place on February 14, 2026 at Tecolote Shores on Mission Bay in San Diego. The event combines road races with a post-run festival that features local breweries, music, food trucks, and games. The festival offers beer tasting options, a beer trolley, and guided beer tours. All runners receive a shirt, a Key to Beer City finisher's medal, a custom tasting glass, and unlimited tasting at the post-run festival.

Additional events include the Beat the Beast beer mile, the Beermazing Race, and a Shindig at a local brewery. Beat the Beast requires participants to drink four 12-oz beers while running a mile; competitors who are caught by a designated "Beast" are eliminated. The Beermazing Race challenges participants to visit five brewers, drink a pint at each stop, and follow clues to the next taproom. The Shindig ticket covers the first beer and takes place at a Beer City brewery with music, food trucks, and games. Prices vary by event.
