Beer & Bagel NE. | 4-ish mile OR 12-ish mile Off Road Run
The Beer & Bagel event at Mahoney State Park Road in Ashland, NE offers two off road races using the same grassy areas and trails. The event is USATF sanctioned, professionally timed, and includes age group awards and a souvenir race bib.
Distances:
- 4-ish mile run : one loop.
- 12-ish mile run : three loops.
The course follows rugged, natural trails. Participants may encounter wet or muddy sections. The post race gathering for both events includes beer, bagels, chili, music, games, and awards. Local brews are provided and finishers receive awards.
Registration details note a long sleeve tech race shirt offered in unisex sizes XS to XXL with two slogan options, and that shirts may be unavailable in requested sizes for registrations within two weeks of the race. A companion pass admits guests to food and drink and other event offerings but does not include a shirt; registered runners do not need a companion pass for themselves.
