Beaver Flat 50
Beaver Flat 50 is a trail ultramarathon held at Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park, Saskatchewan, Canada. The 50-kilometer course delivers about 2300 meters of vertical gain on 100% trail, creating a steep, technical prairie challenge. Dubbed “The Best Worst Thing You’ll Do In September,” the race features gnarly climbs, wet shoes, scratched shins, and a mix of rocks, sand, cacti, and even snakes.
Runners navigate segments such as Horseshoe, Spring Coulee, Weetman, Goodwin, Beaver Banter, and Home Before Dark, with aid stations, time cutoffs, and drop bags at Goodwin House, plus a finishers badge. Additional distances include Dam Hard 20, Beaver Fever 10, and a Kids Fun Run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
