Bearhole Road Race
The Bearhole Road Race is an athletic event held at Twin Falls Resort State Park in Mullens, West Virginia. The course for the event begins at the Twin Falls Golf Course Clubhouse parking lot. Participants can choose between two different road race distances:
- 5k
- 10k
The competition features several categories for recognition. First place overall winners are selected for both male and female participants in the 5k and 10k divisions. Additionally, trophies are provided for the first, second, and third place finishers within specific age groups for both men and women across both race lengths.
Registration for the event includes a deadline a few days prior to the race date. Participants who complete their registration by the specified cutoff are guaranteed an event T-shirt. The park itself is a multi-use facility offering various amenities such as a golf course, hiking trails, and lodging options including a lodge and cabins.
