Barnie's Place 5K Race
Barnie's Place 5K Race is scheduled for 06/06/2026 at Cosmopolitan Recreational Park Area in Columbia, Missouri. The course uses the park loop, with one loop measuring 1.25 miles; the race course follows three loops for a total distance of 3.75 Miles. Maps of the course will be available the morning of the event.
Registration carries a fee of $30. A T-shirt is included for participants who register before a specified cutoff date. Registration takes place at the Lamb Shelter (park map location #28).
Participants may bring pets, including dogs and cats, provided animals remain on a leash and under the control of their handler at all times. The National Anthem will be played before the race start.
There will be no official race timing, though a time clock or a person will keep track of the official time at the finish line. Medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in the male, female, and dog/pet categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
