Event Details

The 18th Annual Barnes Drug Store 5K Fun Run & Splash Dash is scheduled for July 18, 2026. The start and finish point is Barnes Drug Store at 200 South Patterson Street in Valdosta, Georgia. The event includes a 5K distance that can be run or walked.

Charity and Fundraising

All event proceeds and donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $100,000. The total funds raised and matched will be donated to Sandy's House. Sandy's House is a local organization in Valdosta that runs a 12-month residential faith-based program for women aged 18 and older who are struggling with addiction. The program provides housing, education, and spiritual training.

Since 2009, Barnes Drug Store has raised and donated over $1 million for the community through this annual event. In 2025, the event raised over $600,000 for Evans Memorial Camp.

Registration Information

Early registration before June 30th costs $30 and includes a t-shirt. All registrations after June 30th, including day-of registrations, are priced at $35 and do not include a t-shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
