Bären Run

The Bären Run is an obstacle cross-country race that takes place in the large municipality of Floh-Seligenthal. The event offers courses of 6 km, 12 km, and 18 km, which include both natural and artificial obstacles. The scenic route leads through the Haderholz forest and the town itself, providing variety.

The event is aimed at participants of all age groups and promises challenging and entertaining obstacles. The Bären Run also supports charitable causes, such as donating 1000 euros to the children's hospice in Tambach-Dietharz. The motto of the event is: "Giving up is not an option.".
