Bare Bones Turkey Trot Toledo
The Bare Bones Turkey Trot is a non-competitive road run held in Toledo, Illinois, organized by the YMCA as part of Thanksgiving at the Y. The event follows a 3 mile route through Toledo and does not record race results.
Registration opens in May and remains available through the event date. The registration fee is listed as $25 in advance and $30 on race day. Registrations received by October 30 guarantee a long-sleeved technical race shirt; later registrations may receive shirts while supplies last. Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Packet pick-up takes place at the Neal Center YMCA on the day before the event and on the event day. After the run, the schedule includes an Early Bird offering of group fitness classes inside the YMCA at the event location. All event proceeds benefit the YMCA’s Membership for All program, which provides financial assistance so that community members are not turned away due to inability to pay.
