Barclays Knutsford 10K
The Barclays Knutsford 10K is a UK Athletics licensed road race held at the Barclays Radbroke campus in Knutsford (WA16 9EU) on 27 September 2026. The course starts and finishes at the Radbroke campus and runs on fully closed scenic country lanes through Over Peover, Snelson and Peover Heath, with a total recorded elevation gain of 23 metres across the route.
The event distance is 10 km and uses chip timing. Pacers are provided for finish times from 35 to 80 minutes, now spaced every 2.5 minutes. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and there is an optional commemorative technical finisher T-shirt. Facilities listed at Race HQ include bag drop, free baggage storage, toilets, first aid, drinks at halfway and finish, post race snacks and bike storage racks. Free parking is available within the campus grounds.
Prizes are awarded equally to the top three male and female finishers (presentations take place after the race) and to veterans in five-year age groups from V35 to V85+ plus first U20; vet prizes are distributed by post and are based on chip times. The event supports the Young Minds charity. Entries were marked as sold out for this edition; transfers to another person or to a virtual race option up to one month after the event were offered under the organiser's entry terms.
