About the race
The Barclays Knutsford 10K is a UKA licensed road race held at the Barclays Radbroke campus in Knutsford (WA16 9EU) on 27 September 2026. The course starts within the Radbroke grounds, runs on fully closed country lanes through Over Peover, Snelson and Peover Heath, and returns to the campus. Organisers describe the route as potentially the flattest and fastest course in the North West, with 23 metres of elevation across the entire course. Event services include chip timing, pacers from 35 to 80 minutes (every 2.5 minutes), drink stations at the halfway point and finish, first aid, toilets, bag drop and free baggage storage.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal and may opt to purchase a commemorative technical finishers t shirt; a post race snack is provided. There is free parking within the Radbroke campus and bike storage at Race HQ. Results and photographs are linked to entries and results are available immediately on the organiser’s results service. Entry details: minimum age 15 years, club runner fee £28, non club runner fee £30.
Entries close when the event reaches its limit or at midnight the night before the race; there are no entries on the day and no official waiting list. Transfers are permitted to another person or to a virtual race up to one month after race day. The official race charity is Young Minds.
