Event overview

Race formats and distances

Sprint Triathlon: 750 m pool swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run.
Super Sprint Triathlon: 400 m pool swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run.
Aquabike: 750 m pool swim, 20 km bike.
Sprint Relay: team entry using the Sprint Triathlon distances.

Swims take place in a 50 m heated open air pool. The bike course uses roads in the rolling Oxfordshire countryside. The run is a 5 km out-and-back mixed terrain course.

Entry requirements

Participants must either be British Triathlon members or purchase a single-use Race Pass to take part. Prices vary by entry date and race type. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
