Baddesley 5k
The Baddesley 5K & Fun Run is a scenic mixed-terrain running event held at North Baddesley Recreation Ground in Southampton. The main 5K race covers just over 5 kilometers across pavement, woodland, and off-road footpaths, suitable for adults and children aged 11 and above. A separate 1K Fun Run for younger children takes place on the recreation ground, allowing adult accompaniment.
Participants receive medals, with water stations and kilometer markers along the route. The event offers onsite parking, food, and refreshments. It is organized by Friends of North Baddesley Infant School, with all funds supporting the school.
