The Trainee Run 2024, organized by the IHK Stade, invites trainees, trainers, and teachers to get active together. Under the motto "#TrainingRuns," the run promotes the health and team spirit of the participants. There are two route lengths to choose from, 5 km and 7 km, which run through the picturesque Heidbeck nature reserve in Stade-Ottenbeck.
