AWT Ruislip - Backyard Ultra Series (Race 1)
This event takes place on 9 August 2026 at All Work Training in Ruislip, Kings College Road, HA4 7JZ, England. It is the first of three races in the AWT Backyard Ultra Series.
The format requires runners to complete a 5 km loop each hour for six consecutive hours, for a total distance of 30 km. Finishing this race qualifies participants for the second and third events in the series, which use the same hourly 5 km format over 12 hours and 24 hours respectively.
Entry to this event is free. The organiser lists free parking and describes the event as in person and open to all ages. As a guide, participants are advised to be able to run 10 km in 59 minutes or less.
