Arrowhead Half Marathon & 5K
The Arrowhead Half Marathon & 5K is a trail running event held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Arrowhead, Colorado. The race is presented by Elevated Dental and is part of the Vail Trail Running Series.

- 5K : 5.6K (3.5 miles), 223 ft elevation gain
The half marathon route crosses terrain on Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek ski resort trail networks. The course ascends Quiver Trail to the summit of Bachelor Gulch Mountain (9,560 ft) and then descends Arrowhead Mountain Trail, finishing with a traverse across Apache, Ute and Dakota trails. Course surfaces are primarily single track with some dirt and gravel road sections. The organizer reports access to aid stations a total of five times on the half marathon. The 5K has no aid stations on course; water is provided at the start and finish.
Logistics include day-of bib pickup and parking at Berry Creek Middle School, with shuttle service to the race start locations; additional parking is available at Red Canyon High School. Post-race amenities include awards by age group, a raffle, race t-shirts, and post-race food provided at the finish. The race series is ATRA Race Standards Certified and Youth Trail Certified.
