Event Overview
The Armidale Running Festival is a weekend community event in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. It takes place at Civic Park on Faulkner Street. It is described as the town's inaugural running festival.
Running Events
The event offers five running distances across two days. The runs start and finish at the same location in Civic Park. Participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their event and to keep left on the course.

- Professionals Armidale 1km Kids Fun Run – A free event for children in year 3 and below, held on Saturday.
- Elders Insurance New England 3km Run – Held on Saturday afternoon.
- New England Toyota 5km Run – Held on Saturday afternoon.
- UNE Armidale 10km Run – Held on Saturday afternoon.
- Armidale Servies Half Marathon – Held on Sunday morning.
Prize money is offered for the top three male and female finishers in the half marathon and 10 km run.
Festival Activities
Beyond the runs, the festival features a community celebration in Civic Park. The planned activities include live music, local food vendors, community stalls, and a large market.
