Arcola Broom Corn Festival Races
The Arcola Broom Corn Festival Races take place on September 12, 2026, at Moore Memorial Park in Arcola, Illinois. The event includes multiple race distances held on courses through the town and nearby areas.

- 5K Walk (5,000 meters)
The 10K course covers brick and other hard surfaces through and north of Arcola and finishes in downtown Arcola. The 5K courses remain entirely within town limits. The event provides a police escort, aid stations along the route, and split timing for participants.
To ensure safety, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and leashed or unleashed animals are not allowed on the race course. Baby joggers or strollers are permitted for the walk only and must start behind walkers.
