Event Overview
Sinister Night Runs is a desert trail running event held at night. It is the first race in the six-race Insomniac Night Trail Run Series. Participants can run a single race or complete the entire series.
Course Details
The event takes place at San Tan Mountain Regional Park in Queen Creek, Arizona. The course consists of a loop utilizing the San Tan, Hedgehog, and Littleleaf trails. It is described as featuring smooth, runnable trails with a few rollers.
Available Distances
Runners can choose from five distances, all based on multiples of a 9 km loop:
- 54K - 6 loops
- 27K - 3 loops
- 18K - 2 loops
- 9K - 1 loop
- 6K
The race utilizes a loop format where participants pass through the start/finish line after completing each lap.
Additional Information
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A series pass is available for a discount on all six races in the Insomniac series.
