The Appelhülsen Country Run is an annual running competition organized by SV Arminia Appelhülsen. Originally initiated as the "Century Run" to celebrate the club's 100th anniversary, the race now regularly takes place on the Saturday of the Berlin Marathon weekend at the end of September. The event offers various distances, including a Bambini run, a student run, a small country run (5 km), Nordic walking (5 km), and a large country run (10 km).
The courses are approved by the German Athletics Association (DLV) and are eligible for record listings. The run is open to participants of all ages and features refreshment stations as well as entertainment for the whole family. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
