Annaloughan Loop 10K Trail Run : Cooley Peninsula
The Annaloughan Loop is a 10 km trail event held on the Cooley Peninsula with start and finish at McCrystals Track, Jenkinstown, Dundalk, Co. Louth (A91 KD68). The course is professionally measured and certified and has a total elevation gain of 240 m. The terrain consists of runnable trail sections and natural ground, with varied scenery along the route.
Race services include chip timing for official results, a finisher’s medal, finish-line refreshments and other post-race goodies, and a photowall for race-day images. The medal and t-shirt design are to be revealed at a later date.
On-site parking is available. A bag drop is located beside the start/finish area; runners should use the tear-off label from their race number and limit belongings to one small waterproof bag. There is no cut-off time for the event. Race numbers are posted to entrants who registered at least three weeks before the event; collection is required for overseas entries, incomplete addresses, or registrations within three weeks of the event.
