Memorial 5K and Kids Run in Woodstock VA
This is the third annual memorial 5K and kids mile in Woodstock, Virginia. The event benefits an agriculture scholarship for students in the Shenandoah Valley and includes an in person 5K, a kids mile, and a virtual 5K option.
All races start and finish at Massanutten Military Academy, 614 South Main Street, Woodstock VA 22664. Parking is available behind the track or on nearby streets. Packet pickup is available Saturday morning before the race at the academy starting at 7:30 a.m.

- 5K 3.1 miles
- Kids Mile 1 mile
- Virtual 5K 3.1 miles
Additional event details include registration windows and fees. Registration for all events opens July 15, 2026. In person 5K and Kids Run registration closes October 21, 2026. Virtual 5K registration closes October 2, 2026; to receive a mailed packet and t shirt for the virtual 5K, register by October 1, 2026. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $30 for the in person 5K, $20 for the Kids Run, and $40 for the Virtual 5K.
The kids run allows participants to walk or run between one and four laps. Kids who complete a full mile are eligible for first, second, and third place awards in male and female categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
