Alpstein Crossing
Alpstein Crossing is an exciting team competition in the Appenzellerland that appeals to both paragliding and trail running enthusiasts. Teams of three members collect as many turnpoints as possible within eight hours by either running or flying. The event offers two categories: Hike&Fly and Trailrunning.
The turnpoints are spread across the Alpstein and must be brought back to the home base in Weissbad. The team with the most points wins. Alpstein Crossing promotes community and teamwork and is part of the Hike&Fly Swiss Cup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
