Albury Running Festival
The Albury Running Festival presented by Healthfocus Physiotherapy takes place on Sunday 24 May 2026 at Hovell Tree Park in South Albury. The event runs along the banks of the Murray River on a fully pathed, undulating course.
Distances on offer include:
- 21.1 km Half Marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 2 km Family Dash
All race distances are chip timed by Multisport Australia. Each finisher receives an Albury themed medal, post-race snacks, sponsor giveaways, and an online finisher’s certificate. A photographer will be present and images will be shared after the event.
Water and nutrition stations will operate on course with both water and Tailwind Nutrition provided. Station locations are listed for each distance on event materials. There are no cut-off times for the 2 km, 5 km, or 10 km events; the Half Marathon has a 3.5 hour cut-off. Race bibs are printed three weeks before the event and posted two weeks before the event; names appear on bibs if registration is completed at least three weeks before the race and postal bib requests close two weeks before the race.
The event village is reachable by walking, cycling, or car, and parking is available at Hovell Tree Park and Noreuil Foreshore Park. Organisers note there may be other pedestrians, cyclists, and dogs on the paths and recommend participants stay aware of surroundings. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
