Acronyms Tamar 10k
The Acronyms Tamar 10k is a road running event scheduled for Sunday 18 October 2026 in Plymouth. The course covers 10 km and includes a crossing of the Tamar Bridge. The event is limited to 1,000 participants and has a minimum age of 15 years.
The event village is at Kawasaki Precision Machinery. The start location is Marine Academy Plymouth and the finish is at Kawasaki. All finishers receive a high quality medal and a technical finishers T-shirt.
Prize categories are awarded for the first, second and third placed male and female athletes, with only one prize per athlete. Age group prizes are offered for VO40, VO45, VO50, VO55, VO60, VO65, VO70 and VO75 for men and women. A first junior male and female prize is awarded for U20. Individual winners receive free entry to the following year. A team prize is decided on the cumulative finish positions of the first three scoring athletes and the winning team will have £150 donated to a charity of their choice.
