Abu Dhabi Spartan World Championship Weekend
The Abu Dhabi Spartan World Championship weekend takes place November 19 to 22, 2026 in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The event is hosted by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and is held on dune terrain with sand, heat, and about 2,200 feet of elevation gain.
The program includes a range of World Championship and open races. A select group of top elites will compete in the 3K Elite World Championship, while Elite and Age Group racers contest the qualification based 21K Beast Championship. The weekend also features night Sprint races for women and co-ed teams, a 3K Elite Team Relay with co-ed teams of three, and spectator access.
