7Oaks Triathlon 2026
The 7Oaks Triathlon returns for its 41st edition on Sunday 17 May 2026 in Sevenoaks, Kent. The event is organised by 7Oaks Tri Club and is supported by local businesses. Club volunteers provide marshals on race day.
Three race formats are offered, with the following race distances:
- Triathlon: 400 m swim, 25 km bike, 5 km run
- Aquabike: 400 m swim, 25 km bike
- Duathlon: 5 km run, 25 km bike, 3.3 km run
The pool swim takes place at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre; the 400 m swim is sixteen lengths of the 25 m pool. Runs are held around Knole Park. The bike course is described as an undulating 25 km route in the local area.
The event is affiliated with national governing bodies including British Triathlon, British Cycling and Cycling Time Trials. For 2026 the race is included in the Triathlon England South East Club Senior Series, an inter-club championship comprising six races across southern England.
