7MC Trail Race
7MC is a trail running event held on August 1, 2026, at Seven Mile Creek County Park in St Peter, Minnesota. The event is hosted by River Valley Running and takes place on park trails with varied terrain.
Distances offered include:
- 0.7k Run free; shirts sold separately; walking is acceptable.
- 7k Run two big climbs with one technical section; trail shoes recommended.
- 7 Mile Run three big climbs with two technical sections and a possible water crossing; trail shoes recommended.
Most registrations include a t-shirt; ordering by July 10 guarantees size and shirts cannot be exchanged. Chip timing is introduced for 2026. The event policy does not allow refunds, transfers, or race switches.
Spectators are invited to remain at the park during the races. Volunteer roles are available on race day with a range of duties and time commitments. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
