7MC Trail Race

The 7MC Trail Race takes place at Seven Mile Creek County Park in St Peter, Minnesota on August 1, 2026. The event is hosted by River Valley Running, a local running store in Mankato. The race uses natural trails within the park and includes a post-race pancake party.

Distances offered:

• 0.7k run, free; shirt sold separately.
• 7k run.
• 7 mile run.

Course notes and event details: the organizer recommends trail shoes for the 7k and 7 mile distances. The 7k course includes two significant climbs, one with technical terrain. The 7 mile course includes three significant climbs, two with technical sections, and may include a water crossing. Registration for the main races includes a t-shirt when registered by July 10 to guarantee size; t-shirts cannot be exchanged. New for 2026, the event will use chip timing. The event policy states there are no refunds, transfers, or switches.
