7MC Trail Race : Seven Mile Creek County Park
7MC is a trail running event held at Seven Mile Creek County Park, 47454 U.S. 169, St Peter, Minnesota. The race is hosted by the local running store River Valley Running and emphasizes a welcoming community for participants of different ages, paces, and experience levels.
Available courses:
- 0.7k Run : short free trail run; shirts sold separately.
- 7k Run : course includes two big climbs, one technical.
- 7 Mile Run : three big climbs, two technical; possible water crossing.
Registration for standard entries includes a t-shirt. Register by July 10 to guarantee a selected size; t-shirts cannot be exchanged. Trail shoes are recommended for the 7k and 7 Mile courses, and shoe fitting services are available through the host store. The 2026 event introduces chip timing. The organizer states a no refunds, transfers, or switches policy.
Spectators may bring blankets and camping chairs to wait at the park while participants are on course. Volunteer roles are offered with a defined race day time commitment.
