5K Poulet Rouge
The 5K Poulet Rouge is the first edition of a 5 km road event taking place on 10 October 2026 at Parc régional Bois-de-Belle-Rivière in Mirabel. The event is presented as an inclusive, organized run on an easy 5 km course and includes on-site elements intended for participants and spectators.
The event supports Sport Jeunesse Québec, an organization that helps reduce financial barriers to youth sport. The organizer notes that in Quebec one young person in two cannot participate in an activity because of cost; proceeds will contribute to addressing that issue.
Registration is open to all and has a deadline for online reservations of 3 October 2026 at midnight. An early rate of 40.00 dollars before service fees is valid until 1 October 2026. Capacity is limited and entries may close before the deadline if the maximum is reached.
Included with registration are a race bib with a timing chip, a finisher medal for all participants, snacks and refreshments after the run, and a Rouge Bol served after the event. The day will feature a warm up session, a DJ and an announcer, a mascot named Rico, and a meeting point at Chapiteau Mirabel with parking P2 available.
