About the race
5K Poulet Rouge is the first edition of a five kilometre running event held on 10 October 2026 at Parc régional Bois-de-Belle-Rivière in Mirabel, Quebec.
The event offers an accessible, easy 5 km course and registration is open to all. Capacity is limited and online registration closes on 3 October 2026 or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached. The listed entry fee is 50.00$ before service fees.
Included with registration are a warm up led by a kinesiologist, a festive atmosphere with a DJ, an on site host and the event mascot Rico, a bib with timing chip, a medal for every participant, and snacks and refreshments at the finish. A Rouge Bol is distributed after the run.
The event will support Sport Jeunesse Québec. The organizer notes that many young people face financial barriers to sport and that the event will contribute to reducing those barriers by supporting registration costs for youth.
