5K FEST
5K Fest is a 24 hour running event held at the 18 acre Kearin Family Farm in Bonney Lake, WA. Solo and team entries are available. The course uses both farm property and the adjacent Fennel Creek Trail and includes pasture, rocky soil and paved trail surfaces.
A new 5K starts each hour, and participants can choose to run any number of the hourly 5K events during the 24 hour period. The objective is to record how many 5K segments an individual or a team completes in the full event window. Participants can run consecutive events or skip hours between runs.
The site offers space for tents and RVs for overnight camping. Event services include porta potties, water, electrolytes and a selection of food and snacks provided on site. Each entrant who registers early enough may receive a race T-shirt. Every runner or team receives a custom Flame branded wood plank that shows how many 5Ks were completed.
Pets are not allowed at the event. Registration closes on Mon, Aug 10 at 11:59 PM PT. Music, games and communal activities are part of the on-site atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
