The event is a community run/walk held in Baldwin, New York at 3232 Grand Ave. Distances offered include:

Amenities listed for participants include an event dry-fit t-shirt with name printing available if registered by May 13, personalized bibs for registrations made at least three weeks in advance, Starbucks coffee and a variety of food items from local vendors, raffle prizes, live online/text/email results, and free finish line photos. All finishers receive a medal and certain participants and volunteers receive a $15 bundle of gift certificates from local businesses.
Awards are presented by gender and age category, including trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and for top masters 40+, and medals for top three finishers in multiple age groups from 12 and under through 85+. Cash or gift certificate awards are listed for overall and masters places and for age group winners.
Team incentives include raffle prizes for team captains, gift certificates for some teams, and monetary donations of $500 and $250 to qualifying 501(c)(3) charities for the teams with the largest registration dollars, with stated exclusions for schools, places of worship, scholarships, and political causes.
