4 On The Fourth - Mission

The event takes place on July 4, 2026, at Mission Hike & Bike Trails in Mission, Texas. Multiple race formats are offered in person and virtually. The 4 Mile race includes chip timing and live results. All participants receive finisher medals and race shirts. A shirt deadline is noted as June 19; after that date shirts are available first come, first served at packet pickup.

Packet pickup is set for Friday, July 3 at Valley Running in McAllen where participants collect bibs and shirts. The event area will feature a start and finish inflatable arch, a patriotic and palm tree photo area, DJ music, free race photos, and local vendor booths.

Awards are presented for the 4 Mile race with top male and female overall honors and age group awards. Age group categories include 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 plus.
