Event
The 1876 Athletic Foundation 5K Family Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Humble, Texas. The event includes a 5K run/walk and is open to runners, walkers, stroller-pushers, and children. It will feature family games, prizes, a vendor marketplace, and an after-race party. The event is organized with the help of volunteers and community partners. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit collegiate student-athletes.
Registration and fees
- 5K Run/Walk: $35.
- Youth registration (ages 5-18): $18.76.
- Vendor registration: $150.
The 5K registration fee includes a T-shirt, a medal, and all race amenities. Registrations on or before December 31, 2025 are guaranteed a T-shirt in the requested size; registrations after that date cannot be guaranteed a specific size. The price for the 5K increases after December 31, 2025. Youth and vendor registration close on February 28, 2026.
