The 12 Drummers Drumming Run is part of a 12 Days of Christmas race series and takes place on 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The route is off-road and runs entirely within the grounds of the manor. Each lap is 2.5k and the course includes a hill on each lap plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Participants may walk or run and have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance.

Standard entry fees listed are Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity option is available at £10.00 subject to a fundraising commitment. Entry fees are non-refundable under the event terms. Each day in the series has its own unique medal; virtual finishers can receive the same medal after run verification (international postage may incur an extra cost). Free virtual participation that is recorded on the results list is also offered without a medal. Registration closes on 18 December 2025.
