Event information
The 12 Drummers Drumming Run is scheduled for 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Participants choose a target distance from the available options and must complete that distance within a 7-hour limit. Each lap measures 2.5 km. The course is off-road, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners.

Entry fee options listed include Race Entry (£29.00), Virtual UK (£25.00), and Virtual Overseas (£39.00). A charity entry option is offered at £10.00 subject to a minimum fundraising commitment of twice the entry fee and fundraising completed four weeks before the event. Virtual entries can be recorded via the organiser’s Strava club and may receive the same type of medal as race entries once the virtual run is verified; international postage may incur an extra cost. Entry fees are non-refundable and entrants must be aged 18 or over. Participants are responsible for their fitness, equipment, and for following organiser instructions on the day.
