The 12 Drummers Drumming Run takes place on 17 December 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). A virtual option is available so the chosen distance can be completed anywhere; virtual entries have date flexibility.
Race format and course

Each lap measures 2.5 km, and the 5k option is two laps. Entrants have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad and contained within the Pengethley Manor grounds. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners.
Entries, medals and other information
Standard entry fees are stated for race and virtual options, with a lower-cost charity entry available in return for committed fundraising under defined conditions. Race and virtual medals are the same; virtual participants can receive a medal after run verification or be included on the results list without a medal. Race bibs are issued on the day; virtual bibs are emailed. Entry fees are non refundable and entrants must meet the organiser’s terms and conditions, including an age requirement of 18 or over.
