100KM d’Espoir
The 100KM d’Espoir is a fundraising running event at Parc du Domaine Vert in Mirabel on 29 August 2026. The event uses a Backyard Ultra format: runners complete repeated loops of about 5 km, with a new start each hour for a total of 20 hours. Each participant must finish the loop before the next hourly start to continue.
Categories include individual competitive entries aimed at the 100 km challenge and team formats with two, four or five members. In team formats only one team member may complete a loop each hour. The event features running through day and night and includes on-course aid stations, partner activations and on-site amenities in a natural park setting. Event organizers report that all event profits will be donated to the chosen charity.
The 2026 edition supports Leucan. Fundraising progress displayed for the event shows CA$85,113.81 raised toward a CA$100,000 goal, equivalent to 85 percent of the target. A visitor ticket is offered for site access during the day and includes access to aid areas and partner booths; the listed visitor price is CA$18.68. Results and official rankings are produced at the end of the event and reflect distance completed by individuals and teams. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
