About the race
100 km Course is a 100 km road race run on a village circuit that includes an initial town section followed by three repeats of a 32.950 km loop. The course is described as flat and macadamized, and it runs partly through the village and partly in the surrounding countryside.
The event holds a BRONZE label and serves as the support race for the French 100 km championships. The organization provides an aid station approximately every 5 km on average, with six aid points per lap (eighteen in total). Aid stations offer liquids such as water, orange juice, cola, glucose solution and hot drinks, and solids including dried fruit, oranges, bananas, biscuits, dark chocolate, cheese, sugar cubes and bread. Since 2022, single-use cups are no longer used and competitors must have a reusable cup; one could be purchased at registration.
Practical facilities include parking near the sports hall, showers, toilets and guarded changing rooms. Six refreshment points are equipped with sanitary facilities. Runners may obtain their race bib at the sports hall during the planned pickup windows; a medical certificate or identity may be required. The bib must be worn on the front and returned at the finish or in case of withdrawal in exchange for a souvenir T-shirt.
One accompanier per competitor is allowed when registered with a badge costing 10 euros; accompanists may access aid stations and bicycle accompaniment is permitted only from the sixth kilometer.
