Granan Backyard Ultra is an event held on a course measuring 6,706 meters. The course is located around the SK Granan facility at Kroppefjäll. The route is varied, featuring illuminated trails, gravel paths, and forest tracks.

A new start occurs every hour. To continue, a participant must complete the loop within that hour in order to start the next loop. Participants can run for as many loops as they are able and desire.
