The Rockin' Shamrock event on Sunday, March 15, 2026 takes place at Woodley Park Section 1, 6340 Woodley Ave, Lake Balboa, CA 91406. Distances offered are:
- 5k (one loop)
- 10k (two loops)
- 15k (three loops)
- Half marathon (three 4.36-mile loops)
Registration is available through Active.com or PayPal. Prices are listed for early bird, race month, and race day registration with higher fees on race day; group discounts are offered for multiple participants. Transfers are allowed by request and the event has a no-refund policy. Volunteers may receive a free race entry.
Course and logistics
The course is an open, easy out-and-back with one small hill about 0.6 miles from the start. Aid stations are provided at every loop and include water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Participants must use the pedestrian tunnel and not cross Woodley Ave on foot. Bibs must be visible in front for photos and results. The organizer posts results on the website within 12-24 hours and provides custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free photos, free videos, and assorted snacks. A 3 hour 15 minute time limit applies; an early start is available by prior request. Parking is in the Woodley Ave and Victory Blvd parking lots, with overflow dirt parking near the golf course.
