Event overview
The event takes place on 14 December 2025 in Regent's Park, London. It offers two measured distances:
- 10k
- 5k
Entry for individuals is priced between £24 and £26. The 10k has a minimum age of 15 years and the 5k has a minimum age of 11 years. The course is wholly within Regent's Park, on tarmac pathways. The 10k is two laps of the route and the 5k is one lap. The route is marshalled and signed with arrows and kilometre markers.
Race details and facilities
The event village is inside Chester Gate on Chester Road at Cumberland Green, adjacent to The Broad Walk Cafe (NW1 4N). Race pack collection is available at the event village registration tent; participants should not expect to receive race packs by mail. Registration on the day may be available. A pre-race information email is sent to registered participants one week before the event.
Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments, and chip timing. Medical cover is provided. A bag drop is available using the tear-off strip on the race number. Park toilets on The Broad Walk will be available for a 20p contactless charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. A water station is available every lap; water is served in cups. Photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours. Spectators are permitted. Dogs are not allowed except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. Buggies and wheelchairs can be accommodated with prior contact. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited. Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes and an admin fee applies.
