Event overview

The 30th Annual Museum of Aviation Foundation Run for Aviation takes place Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Museum of Aviation, 1942 Heritage Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31098. The event is held on Robins Air Force Base and is part of the 2026 Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series. The marathon and half marathon courses are USA Track and Field certified; the marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier. Proceeds benefit the Museum of Aviation.

Registration, packet pickup and requirements

In-person registration closes Tuesday, January 27, 2026; there is no walk-up registration on the two days immediately before or on race day. Entry fees vary by event and increase after December 31, 2025. Virtual registration deadlines differ by event and close in mid-January. Participants who register by December 31 are guaranteed a shirt; runners registered later are not guaranteed a shirt. Only marathon and half marathon finishers receive finisher medals.

Packet pickup is at the Museum Century of Flight Hangar (Building #2). All participants must present an official photo ID to receive packets. The last four digits of a Social Security number are required for base access. Virtual packets can be picked up on the Friday before the event or mailed for an additional postage fee.

Awards

Awards include overall top three male and female finishers and masters in each race, top active duty military male and female in the marathon, and age-group awards for top three finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
