Museum of Aviation Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K

The 31st annual Museum of Aviation Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K and Para Athletes Race takes place at the Museum of Aviation on Saturday, January 30, 2027. The in-person races are run on Robins Air Force Base adjacent to the museum and are part of the 2027 Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series.

The marathon and half marathon courses are USA Track and Field certified; the marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier. Virtual race options are offered for the marathon, half and 5K. Proceeds benefit the Museum of Aviation.

Awards are presented to the overall top three male and female finishers and to the overall top three male and female masters in each race. Additional awards include the top active duty military male and female in the marathon and top three finishers in age-group categories. Only marathon and half marathon finishers receive a finisher medal.

In-person registration ends on Sunday, January 24 at 11:59 PM and there is no walk-up registration. Participants who register by December 31 are guaranteed a shirt. Race packets are available for pickup on Friday, January 29 between 2:00 and 4:30 PM and on race day starting at 7:00 AM. Virtual participants who register by December 31 receive a T-shirt and packet; virtual packets may be picked up on Friday, January 29 between 2:00 and 4:00 PM at the Museum Century of Flight Hangar or mailed for a postage fee. Mailed packets will be sent within two weeks after the race.

Because the races are on Robins Air Force Base, all runners must present a valid ID when picking up race packets. Providing required registration information acknowledges that that information may be used for a criminal background check in accordance with base access procedures.
