Joshua House Fall Classic : event overview
The Joshua House Fall Classic takes place on October 18, 2025, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The event starts in front of Center City Church at 1220 12th Ave and finishes at Heritage Plaza, 1401-07 11th Ave. The program includes the following race and fun-run options:
- 5K
- 1.5 mile walk
- Pumpkin Dash (for children age 10 and under)
Course maps are provided on Strava for the 5K and the 1.5 mile walk. Following the events, Harvest Fest will be held at Heritage Plaza with free activities for children and families.
Registration, fees and awards
Online registration is available through mid-October; online entry for the 5K and the 1.5 mile walk is listed as $30, with a higher day-of registration fee indicated in the event details. The Pumpkin Dash has no entry fee. A multi sign-up discount of $5 per entry applies when two or more participants register together. T-shirts are guaranteed for entries completed online before October 3; later online registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Awards for the 5K include separate recognition for male and female winners and the first two runners-up. Top three finishers are recognized in male and female age categories: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
