District 112 FUNd Run and Family Walk
The District 112 FUNd Run is an annual charity event held on September 26, 2026 at Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, Illinois (200 Ravinia Park Road). The event combines a community 5K race with a separate 1-mile family walk and supports need-based scholarships and student programs across all D112 schools. No refunds are offered and additional donations are accepted.

Entry fees are published for different participant categories. Examples from the event information include a student 5K fee of $25 and a student family walk fee of $15. Adult 5K fees change depending on registration date, and an adult family walk fee is listed as $25. NSSD112 faculty and military families are offered discount codes to use during online registration. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrants who complete registration by noon on September 22.
All participants must pick up their race packets in person at Indian Trail School, 2075 St. Johns Ave., in the warehouse/garage building at the east end of the large parking lot. The 5K race uses chip timing; chips are attached to bibs and are disposable. Chip timing is not guaranteed for race day registrants. Race results will be posted online.
