District 112 FUNd Run and Family Walk
The event is an annual community 5K run/walk and 1 mile family walk held at the Ravinia Festival grounds in Highland Park on September 26, 2026. Proceeds support need-based scholarships and student support across all District 112 schools. There are no refunds and the event is rain-or-shine.

Entry fees specified by the organizer include a student 5K fee of $25 and a student family walk fee of $15. Adult 5K entry is $40 through September 22 and $50 from September 23 through the event dates. Adult family walk entry is $25. NSSD112 faculty, teachers, and military families are provided discount codes prior to online checkout as noted by the organizer.
The 5K is chip-timed; timing chips are attached to bibs and are disposable. Chip timing is not guaranteed for registrations completed on race day. Race results will be posted online.
Race packets must be picked up in person at Indian Trail School, 2075 St. Johns Ave., in the warehouse/garage building at the east end of the large parking lot. Packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25, 2026. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrants who register by noon on September 22.
