Event overview
The Goulburn Half Marathon is held at Riverside Park, Goulburn, with two race days listed for 2026: Race 1 on 17th May and Race 2 on 18th October. The event uses a fully pathed, undulating course that runs around the Wollondilly River. The event is sponsored by Goulburn Mulwaree Council.

All finishers receive a Goulburn themed medal, post-race snacks, sponsor giveaways and an online finishers certificate.
Race services and logistics
All distances are chip timed by Multisport Australia. Water stations on course supply water and Tailwind Nutrition; locations include multiple points for each race (for the half: 3 km, 5 km, 9.6 km, 11.5 km, 13.5 km, 18 km, 20 km). There are no cut off times for the 2 km, 5 km or 10 km events; the half marathon has a 4-hour cut off.
The event village is reachable by walking, cycling or car; there is no public transport available on Sunday mornings. A small car park is at Riverside Park and additional parking is available in surrounding residential streets. Race bibs are printed three weeks before race day and posted two weeks before race day if required. A photographer will be on course and photos will be posted after the event.
Volunteer roles are available; volunteers are offered free future race entry (up to $60), free morning coffee and a post-event breakfast. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
