Event overview
The Family Jingle Jog & 5K Santa Run takes place on December 6, 2025, in Helena, Ohio (525 State Route 635, Helena, OH 43435). The event includes two runs:
- 5K
- 1.4 miles (Family Jingle Jog)
Entry fee is $25 per person plus a toy donation for Toys for Tots. Registration for the events closes on November 21, 2025. Early registrants receive a t-shirt and a racing bib; same-day registrants are accepted but t-shirts will not be available.
Course, logistics and post-race details
The Jingle Jog follows a short paved route that winds south of the vineyard, passes the quarry, turns around at the Church, and finishes at the winery. The 5K follows a longer loop past the winery, across Muddy Creek, along a winding road near Route 6, and also finishes at the winery. The Jingle Jog route is on pavement and allows strollers and wagons.
Timing is expected to be done individually; participants are asked to bring a support person or a smart device to record results. Toy donations are collected at check-in. Post-race activities include announcement of the 5K winner, free hot cocoa for racers, a free children's activity, drink and food specials, food and drinks available for purchase, and a gift shop on site.
