Epic East Gate

Epic East Gate is an ultra and trail running event inside Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba. It offers 50K, 25K, and 10K courses, starting at the Historic East Gate about 15 minutes from Mcreary. The 50K features a figure-eight course with elevation gains over 1,000 meters; the 25K is a single loop with over 500 meters of gain; the 10K serves as an entry.

Runners enjoy epic views from Little Bald Hill and the flowy, single-track, technical descents of Reeves Ravine—capturing a slice of big-mountain running in the prairie heartland.
