Entries, awards and logistics
Race registrations for timed events include a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results and awards, and free photos. The 1 Mile, Kids Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Age group awards apply to the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon and include overall male and female, masters 40+, and top-three placements in standard age brackets from 10 & under through 80+.
A virtual option lets participants run any day at a location of their choice; virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping (packets ship the Wednesday after the race). Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, and the course is subject to change. The event has a no-refund policy; cancellation is only planned if the venue requires it or if there are ice hazards, in which case entries may be transferred to the virtual event.
